To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Subscription and Payments
4.1 Sponsor Subscription
The Sponsor tier is a "pay what you want" model. Any contribution unlocks full access to built-in AI models and file processing features.
4.2 BYOK Mode
The free tier provides BYOK (Bring Your Own Key) mode, allowing you to use your own API keys for AI providers.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purposes
- Attempt to bypass security measures
- Share your account with others
- Generate content that violates third-party rights
- Abuse AI services or exceed reasonable usage limits
6. Intellectual Property
Your Content: You retain ownership of all content you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content for providing the Service.
Our Service: The Explore platform, including its design, code, and features, is our intellectual property.
7. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party AI providers. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee that AI responses will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
