We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines our approach to refunds for Explore Beta Access and paid beta plan payments.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds are handled on a 7-day case-by-case basis.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 7 days of your payment date. We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please:
- Email us at support@explore.poker
- Include your payment email address
- Include your order/transaction ID (if available)
- Briefly explain the reason for your refund request
4. Eligibility
Refund requests may be approved in cases such as:
- Technical issues that prevent you from using the Service
- Accidental duplicate purchases
- Service not meeting reasonable expectations
5. Processing Time
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
6. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds may not be granted in cases of:
- Requests made after the 7-day period
- Misuse or violation of our Terms of Service
- Change of mind after extended use of the Service
- Substantial built-in AI model usage or document processing resources already consumed, except where required by law or where the Service was unusable due to technical issues
7. Cancellations and Beta Plan Nature
Canceling a recurring subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current billing period. Access will remain available until the end of the current paid period unless otherwise stated by the payment provider or required by law.
Paid beta plans provide access to Explore based on expected AI usage. Higher tiers may include higher built-in model usage, document processing, Knowledge Integration, Mindscape, and other beta features. During beta, usage allowances and plan features may change as the quota system is finalized.
